This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of west central texas.

.Day one...This afternoon and tonight

the remnants of tropical system hermine will track north across roughly the eastern half of west central texas tonight and early Wednesday morning. Heavy rainfall will bring a threat for flash flooding along and east of this system as it tracks north tonight. To the west of the system...Locally heavy rainfall is possible...But the coverage and amounts of rainfall will be less.

.Days two through seven...Wednesday through Monday

heavy rainfall and localized flooding is possible across parts of the big country on Wednesday morning...As the remnants of tropical system hermine continue to track north.
